Yes!! Finally!! What a bunch of schmucks who have tried to discredit the best foods!!
Many years ago, when I was first diagnosed with diabetes I used an Atkins type diet with REMARKABLE success!
One thing I personally learned was that we absolutely do need carbs for our brain to function properly.
Some people go too far by trying to eliminate carbs completely. I didn’t eliminate carbs altogether, but when I noticed my thinking was being affected I added a few more carbs and I was back to normal in no time.
