Stand for 2 Minutes, Every 20 Minutes to Improve Your Health

This sounds easy! You don’t even have to walk around, just standing will do it. Last night Christian Wilde was on Coast talking about this. I can’t find a YT video of this interview yet but I did find an article and it sounds like it’s the article he was using.
