Today is March 12, 2014.
Last night I was sound asleep and was awakened by a Very loud cat meow. It meowed just once.
We do not have a cat, and I have not had a cat for decades. The meow did Not come from outside.
It seemed that the cat was right in front of my face. I was Not dreaming that a cat woke me up.
In the benign sense our former pets will stay with us after they pass if we are really attached to them and vice versa. If true in this experience of being awakened by a loud meow, the cat may have awakened you intentionally to stop whatever was occurring while you were away from your body during sleep. Just a thought.
Thanks! I was very deep asleep, and I’ve never been woken up like that before! The meow was just a normal, but loud, cat meow, not one of alarm, but still, maybe I would never have woken up if it wasn’t for the cat meow!!
What I can’t figure out is why it was a cat meow instead of a dog bark.
I was attached to a couple cats I had many decades ago but I was much more attached to both the dogs I had as a child and my last dog that passed in the 80’s.
I think I may have told you about this before but my Dad had a cat that saved his life.
That cat was mostly indifferent to me, and at times I don’t think she liked me much. Anyway, I suppose it could have been her that woke me up.
Thanks for your input!
On March 22 , 2014 I was in bed awake and listening to Coast. I heard someone clear their throat.
It sounded like it was a man.
These two things that have happened so far this month are strange and have not happened to me before.
